Where We Ship
DivineBodys™ currently ships to all 50 US states. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Shipping Rates
• Orders $57.00 and above: Free standard shipping
• Orders under $57.00: Flat rate of $4.99
Applicable sales tax will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
Order Processing
• Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding US holidays.
• Standard processing time is 2–3 business days.
• Orders placed after 2:00 PM Eastern Time, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing the next business day.
• Please review your order carefully before checkout — including size, color, and shipping address — as we cannot guarantee changes once an order enters processing.
Fulfillment and Transit Times
Estimated transit times for express shipping within the United States are:
• express shipping: 5-10 business days after processing
• Total estimated delivery window: 7-14 business days from order placement
Delivery windows are estimates based on typical carrier performance and may vary depending on your location, weather, customs processing, and carrier volume. They are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Tracking Your Order
• A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships.
• Please allow 2–3 business days after receiving your tracking number for tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.
• You can also track your order anytime through our order tracking page.
Order Changes and Cancellations
• To change your shipping address or cancel an order, email support@divinebodys.com as soon as possible.
• We can usually accommodate changes within 12 hours of order placement.
• Once an order has entered processing or been dispatched, we are unable to modify or cancel it.
Delays and Missing Orders
We do everything we can to meet our estimated timelines, but occasional delays happen due to carrier volume, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
• If your order has not arrived within 18 business days of placement, please contact us at support@divinebodys.com and we will open an investigation with the carrier immediately.
• If tracking shows your order was delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 5 days so we can assist.
Lost or Stolen Packages
For packages lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to locate your shipment. For confirmed lost packages, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
For packages marked as delivered but reported not received (porch theft, misdelivery, etc.), please file a claim with the carrier and contact us for support. We are unable to take responsibility for packages confirmed as delivered to the shipping address you provided.
