Return Window
You have 30 days guarantee from the date your order is delivered to request a return. The return period is based on delivery date, not purchase date — we want to make sure you have enough time to receive and try your item.

• In their original packaging with all tags, accessories, and protective seals intact
• Accompanied by a return authorization issued by our team (see below)

For hygiene and safety reasons, beauty, skincare, and body care products (including oils, serums, lotions, and similar items) can only be returned if they are unopened, unused, and with all original protective seals intact. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue at support@divinebodys.com — we’ll make it right with a replacement or full refund, no questions asked.

How to Start a Return
1. Email our support team at support@divinebodys.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and the reason for your return.
2. Our team will reply within 24 business hours with a return authorization and shipping instructions.
3. Pack the item securely with all original materials and include a copy of the return authorization.
4. Ship the item to the return address provided in your instructions.
Returns sent without a return authorization cannot be processed.
Return Shipping Costs
• Change of mind or no longer needed: A $6.00 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
• Damaged, defective, or incorrect item: We cover return shipping in full. You will receive a prepaid return label and a full refund, including any original shipping costs.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Items Not Eligible for Return
For hygiene, safety, and quality reasons, the following cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:
• Items marked “Final Sale” or “Clearance”
• Opened or used personal care products, including creams, oils, serums, gels, toners, and other applied products
• Shapewear, bodysuits, or intimate apparel that has been worn, washed, or has had its protective hygiene liner removed
• Beauty devices showing physical signs of use beyond a reasonable functionality check
• Items returned outside the 30-day window
• Items returned without original packaging or with altered, missing, or damaged components
